The employer is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with the harvest season (including pre and post-harvest). Duties include laying plastic, planting, staking, tying, pruning, harvesting, packing, clean-up of crops, general clean-up, field walking, and operating farm equipment. Other job duties include shovel work, replanting, weeding, irrigation installation and removal, freeze protection of crops, dumping crop into containers, post-harvest clean-up, pulling plastic and stakes, and other general farm labor. Crops include peppers, cabbage, squash, watermelon, sweet corn, broccoli, eggplant, cucumber, pickles, green beans, okra and flowers. Workers may occasionally assist with cleaning and maintenance activities for employer-provided worker housing facilities. Workers should follow safety and farm instructions. This job will be done under varying extreme outdoor weather conditions such as heat, direct sunlight, humidity, cold weather, possible rain, wind, and exposure to pollen, soil, mud, dust and other natural elements. Repetitive physical conditions such as prolonged walking, standing, heavy bending, stooping, reaching and lifting will be involved on a regular basis.

Work begins December 21, 2026 and ends May 31, 2027.

Pay is $15 per hour.

Housing is provided.

Typical schedule: about 48 hours per week.
