Field & Cattle works with independent local farms — the ones still doing the slow work of raising animals on pasture. We source this eighth from partners who meet a simple bar: 100% grass-fed, honest handling, beef we'd put in our own freezer.
Supply can rotate among vetted farms as herds finish. You always get the same standard; you may not get the same farm name on every box — and we'll tell you who raised yours when we confirm your order.

Yes. This offer is limited to 100% grass-fed beef from the local farms we partner with. If you want a different practice (grain-finished, etc.), ask us — we can point you to farm shares that fit.
