History and Philosophy

Michigan Craft Beef was created to provide a quality alternative to traditional commodity beef and grass-fed options. Their focus has been on producing non-GMO, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free beef entirely within Michigan, reflecting their commitment to local, sustainable agriculture.

Farming Practices

Moraine Park Farms, the source of Michigan Craft Beef, adheres to a holistic approach to livestock management. Cows graze on pastures and receive supplemental feeding that includes a balanced diet of grasses, legumes, and natural supplements. This ensures high-quality beef that's raised with care and respect for both the animal and the environment.
