My wife and I were up in the Grand Rapids area this weekend to visit with friends. Our friends highly suggested we stopped by and picked up some local beef if we had time. I was able to swing by the stand after some golf on Saturday morning and picked up a few different items. We cooked one of the NY Strips when we got back to Indianapolis on Monday and I must say the beef was incredible! The price was excellent. Can't wait to stop back by our next time we are up in Michigan to stock up our freezer.
Tom was so kind to us, he spent almost 30 min on the phone with us explaining his amazing process. We decided to try his beef, picked up a couple Porterhouse steaks, flank and sirloin flap. All these cuts are the tastiest we ever had. We will be returning on the regular for these amazing cuts. Thanks again. Drew & Kelly Smith
It is just an awesome store with great quality beef. You can go 24/7 and get whatever you want and pay using venmo or check or cash. There is no one inside so you have to calculate the final cost and pay online or using the deposit box. Very good quality steaks with amazing marbling.
This is the only place I go for steaks. They have a wide variety of cuts and they’ve all been delicious. I love their stew meat too. They have some pork products too, the breakfast sausage links are great and I like their chorizo. I would highly recommend stopping by!
I picked up a box of the Spring Sale. Had our first steaks last night and the quality of the meat was outstanding. The “sale boxes” are a great value. Can’t wait to sample the other cuts.
