History and Mission

Fairmont Farm & Market is a third-generation dairy farm located in East Montpelier and Craftsbury, Vermont. The farm is part of the Cabot Cooperative Family, known for raising Registered Holstein cows. With a deep commitment to the Central Vermont community, Fairmont Farm aims to provide healthy and delicious local meats through its family-operated market project, engaging the 4th generation in this passion.
