Cornell Farms focuses on natural beef production and breeding stock sales, emphasizing genetic quality and herd management. They raise their own herd sires for natural breeding, prioritizing traits like good feet, udders, and temperament. AI sired sons are selected to enhance genetic traits, and an embryo transfer (ET) program accelerates improvements within top cow families. The farm retains bulls from productive cow lines and sells bred heifers and young cows with calving expected from late March onwards.

The farm sells beef breeding stock, including yearling bulls, 2-year-old bulls, and herd sires, with options for calving ease or performance. Natural beef products are available through direct sales, online ordering, and local farmers’ markets. These include cold meats, sausages, and smoked pork, produced without antibiotics, growth implants, or artificial feed.

Free delivery is available within the district, and orders are grouped for centralized pickup to reduce shipping costs.
