The herd is primarily crossbred with Angus and Hereford influence, ensuring high-quality meat. Low-stress handling practices are prioritized, and all feed comes from home-raised crops on their farms. Processing occurs at a local USDA-inspected facility, where beef is vacuum-sealed for freshness.

Offerings

The farm offers small packages of beef, whole, half, and quarter beef options, and custom orders tailored to customer needs. Available cuts include ground beef (up to 45 pounds), chuck roasts, New York Strip Steaks, sirloin steaks, and cube steaks. Ground beef availability is confirmed prior to arrangement. Custom orders and bulk purchases are accommodated based on requests.

Visiting & Buying

Orders are placed via a contact form on the website, with pickup or delivery arranged afterward. Delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Mead, CO, for orders over $50. Customers must be present during delivery. For locations beyond 10 miles, delivery charges are discussed on a case-by-case basis. Shipping is not currently available, though the business hopes to expand in the future.
