History and Passion

Patz Maple Products Inc began as a small hobby centered on crafting authentic maple syrup and has blossomed into a respected producer of natural food products. The dedication to quality has remained central as the business expanded to include a range of products, notably their unpasteurized honey.

Product Offerings

Patz Maple Products Inc offers an extensive selection of natural food items. Their flagship products include premium maple syrup and raw honey. They also produce creamed honey in delightful flavors like Lemon, Cinnamon, Cherry, and Raspberry. Additionally, their specialty products include jams, jellies, and beeswax items, perfect for those who cherish artisanal goods.

Distinctive Practices

Emphasizing quality, Patz Maple Products Inc processes their honey without pasteurization, retaining its natural integrity. Honey is stored at room temperature, ensuring it won't spoil, although it may granulate over time—a simple warm water bath re-liquefies it. Creamed honey is produced through a meticulous method that distributes crystallization evenly, crafting a smooth gourmet spread.
