History

Jim and Debbie first settled on their property in Spanaway in the early 1990s, developing two fishing ponds for the public. This venture grew into Jim's U-Fish, and by the early 2000s, Debbie expanded the offerings by adding farm and exotic animals, creating what is now known as Old McDebbie's Farm. After their retirement in 2019, their legacy is carried on by their son Logan and his wife Megan.

Offerings

Old McDebbie's Farm is a hub of activity, open from Thursday to Sunday, 10 AM to 6 PM. Visitors gain access to the barn, exotic animal exhibits, playgrounds, and the fishing ponds of Jim's U-Fish. A favorite among visitors is the opportunity to fish for stocked rainbow trout, with a modest fee per fish caught.
