Our History

Ferme Agricola Farm began in 2019 as a collaborative venture among four friends committed to fostering community through sustainable agriculture. Located in the picturesque region of Papineauville, QC, just a short drive from both Ottawa and Montreal, this cooperative farm focuses on organic farming practices and community engagement.

Farming Practices

Ferme Agricola Farm adheres strictly to organic farming methods, emphasizing sustainability and ecosystem health. They employ bio-intensive and low-till systems, utilizing hand tools, cover crops, and compost to nurture the soil without relying on chemical pesticides or fertilizers. Additionally, they partner with local organizations like ALUS and OBV to support biodiversity and maintain the integrity of local ecosystems.
