History and Location

Madawaska Bee Company, situated in the pastoral beauty of Palmer Rapids, Ontario, operates a small yet impactful apiary. They pride themselves on producing not only delicious honeys but also an array of bee-related products and handmade artisan goods.

Honey Products

The flagship of Madawaska Bee Company's offerings is their artisan wildflower honey, known for its light, unique flavor influenced by the natural foraging habits of their bees. Each bottle of honey is a testament to the lush environment where the bees roam freely among wild berries, flowers, and tree blossoms.

Specialty Honey

Madawaska Bee Company excels in crafting specialty honeys, such as their turmeric-cinnamon-ginger creamed variety, which combines the health-promoting properties of turmeric with a hint of black pepper. Their cinnamon creamed honey is another favorite, perfect for spreading on toast or adding richness to teas and desserts.

Bees and Beekeeping

Madawaska Bee Company offers queen bees for sale, raised with a focus on hygienic qualities and marked for assured laying quality. These queens are integral to sustainable apiculture and can be picked up from their location by arrangement.

Artisan Goods

Beyond honey, Madawaska Bee Company produces luxurious soaps and skin care products infused with elements like calendula and propolis. Their lip balms come in sustainable, eco-friendly packaging and are designed to protect against harsh weather.

Candles

A highlight of their crafts is their 100% pure beeswax candles, celebrated for their air-cleansing properties and natural honey aroma. From gnome candles to seasonal favorites like pumpkin spice, each piece is a testament to their artistry.
