Cedar Down Farm grows certified organic vegetables using the Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model. This approach connects farmers directly with local communities, offering financial stability at the start of each season. The farm emphasizes seasonal diversity, rotating crops to align with natural growing cycles.

Offerings

The farm provides three seasonal share programs:

• Spring (5 weeks): Lettuce, spinach, kale, radishes, and early greens.
• Summer (weekly or every other week): Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, beans, and staple items like onions and potatoes.
• Winter (biweekly): Carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, and root vegetables like beets and parsnips.
  Shares come in regular and large sizes, with options to combine seasons.

Visiting & Pickup

Pickups occur in three locations:

• Hanover: Tuesdays 4–6pm
• Guelph: Thursdays 4–7pm
• Neustadt (on-farm): Wednesdays 4–7pm
  Members receive their shares directly at these sites during designated hours.

How to Buy

Registration opens for all seasons, with early sign-up encouraged to secure shares. Payment is handled at registration, and members can choose any combination of seasons. Details on share contents, pricing, and registration are available on the farm's website.
