Aird Family Farm uses regenerative methods, including rotational grazing and eliminating synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides. Cattle are naturally grass-fed year-round, with summer pasture fields containing legumes like alfalfa and clover. Winter feed consists of organic hay, and manure is recycled to fertilize pastures. Chickens forage freely on mobile coops with organic feed, while maple syrup is produced using traditional tapping methods with wood-fired evaporation.

Offerings

The farm sells a range of products, including purebred Black Angus beef, Red-Sex-Link laying hens, Rustic Ranger heritage chickens, maple syrup, pickled vegetables, and organic grains. Additional items include eggs, honey, olive oils, pasta, coffee, and jams. All products emphasize organic and sustainable practices, with no growth hormones or additives.

The store is located at 10481 Community Centre Rd, Baltimore, Ontario, with hours: Thursday 12–6, Friday 12–6, Saturday 12–4. Customized ordering and pickup/delivery options are available. The farm also offers online ordering and in-person visits.
