Cobble Creek Farm ADK began its journey in 2015 in Olmstedville, New York, on land settled by the Tyrel family in the mid-1800s. Emphasizing a connection with the land and community, the farm has grown into a local staple known for its sustainable and ethical farming methods.

Farming Practices

The farm adheres to USDA organic criteria, cultivating vegetables without pesticides or unnatural chemicals. With a commitment to ethical farming, Cobble Creek Farm ensures that all practices are sustainable and environmentally conscious.

Offerings

Cobble Creek Farm primarily offers Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) vegetable shares. These shares feature a weekly variety of fresh, organically grown vegetables, with the option to include farm eggs and maple syrup. Beyond produce, the farm also raises Cornish Cross meat birds and heritage breed pigs. The pigs are pasture-raised, and all meat is processed with great care, either on the farm or through a nearby state-licensed facility.

CSA Vegetable Shares

Participants receive a seasonal supply of approximately 5 to 9 vegetables weekly. Shares are available for pick up each Tuesday and Friday afternoon at the farm, offering a simple path to enjoy local, farm-fresh food.

Meat and Poultry

The farm proudly raises two batches of Cornish Cross chickens each year. After on-site processing and shrink-wrapping, these chickens are ready for pick up in July and fall. Cobble Creek Farm also offers custom processing options for pork products through a local facility, allowing for personalized cuts and smoking preferences.
