Ruby Acres focuses on sustainable and traditional methods. Lavender is hand-harvested and processed using steam distillation to create consumable products like hydrosols and soaps. They also grow luffa, providing natural, compostable sponges harvested in the fall. Each product is crafted with care, utilizing natural ingredients such as essential oils, beeswax, and coconut oil.

The farm shop features a variety of handcrafted lavender products, including soaps topped with jasmine, lilac soaps with black sea salt, and a range of scented lip balms in flavors like Lavender Lemonade and Strawberry Shortcake. They also offer cuticle creams with nourishing ingredients, and shower steamers rich with essential oils.
