History

Kimball Farm has been a family operation for over two centuries, evolving through the generations to meet the changing needs of the community. Originally a dairy farm until 1977, today it is run by Tyler Kimball, a 9th generation farmer with a keen focus on sustainability.

Offerings

Kimball Farm is recognized for its diverse range of products and services. The farm stand opens in early summer, featuring grass-fed beef, all-natural pork, and fresh eggs. During the growing season, visitors can find garlic, onions, potatoes, and seasonal produce.

The farm also sells sustainable products like hay, feed, compost, loam, and offers landscaping materials including split and seasoned firewood. A certified USDA composting operation ensures that most compost is reused on the farm, though it is also available for sale.

Agri-tainment and Experiences

Kimball Farm is a hub of family-friendly activities. Their agri-tainment attraction, including a custom-designed corn maze and animal interaction area, is popular every fall. Visitors can enjoy hayrides, sleigh rides, and greet friendly farm animals including goats, sheep, and the favorite Belgian workhorses, Mike and Mark.

The agritainment season typically runs from early September to early November, with specific visiting hours. Animal interaction offers guests a close-up experience with farm life.
