Sustainability and habitat care are emphasized, with an animal care fund supporting daily enrichment and habitat improvements. Rescheduling bookings within 48 hours incurs a $25 fee, and all guests must present photo ID for season passes.

Offerings

Admission tickets start at $15 per person, with discounts for military, first responders, and seniors. Season passes range from $250 (up to 3 people) to $550 (up to 7 people), valid for one year. Additional guests cost $14/ticket. Private encounters with sloths and capybaras are available for $50/person, with group sizes limited to 2–4 people. The After Hours Private Party option includes exclusive access for up to 75 guests at $1,000, with a $14 fee per additional person beyond 50.

Visiting

The zoo is open daily from 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, closed Mondays. Visitors are advised not to bring outside food into animal areas. Season passholders receive two ID cards during their first visit, with replacement cards costing $5 each. Educational opportunities are provided by friendly staff, and guests are encouraged to carpool for parking availability.

Products can be purchased online, including admission tickets, season passes, gift certificates, and virtual greeting cards. Gift certificates can be printed or emailed and redeemed as promo codes. Season passes offer 15% discounts on encounters, party rentals, and merchandise. Cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled event are non-refundable, and changes requested after 24 hours incur a $25 fee.
