History

Hillcrest Farm was established in 2018 by Taylor and Kaitlyn Grafton. The farm was started to provide their family and community with a clean source of beef. Situated in Northeast Ohio, Hillcrest has grown to become a trusted name in ethical and sustainable beef production, raising approximately 50 head of Hereford/Angus cattle.

Practices

Hillcrest Farm is committed to sustainable and responsible farming. Their cattle are raised as 100% grass-fed and finished, without the use of antibiotics or hormones. The animals roam freely on spacious pastures, emphasizing the farm's dedication to ethical treatment and environmental considerations. Each beef product is individually vacuum-sealed for convenience and freshness.

Hillcrest Farm offers a variety of beef options, ranging from single product bundles to extensive bulk beef shares. Options include ground beef bundles, protein packs, and variety boxes boasting different cuts such as roasts, steaks, and more. Customer Experience

Products from Hillcrest Farm are dispatched every Monday and Tuesday to prevent shipping delays over weekends. They deliver to 31 states across the U.S., making their nutrient-dense beef widely accessible. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Tuesdays are shipped the following week. This commitment to precise and thoughtful distribution ensures that every product reaches the customer in optimal condition.
