History and Philosophy

Eckenfels Farm has built its reputation on a commitment to sustainable and holistic farming practices. Their farm is designed to nurture not just the animals but the land itself through restoration and soil improvement techniques, creating a healthy and balanced ecosystem.

Farming Practices

Eckenfels Farm is rooted in a 100% grass-fed approach, ensuring their cattle are raised on nutrient-rich pastures. This method guarantees that the herd has unlimited access to clean water, sunlight, fresh air, and ample space to roam. The farm avoids the use of routine antibiotics, hormones, and unnatural growth stimulants, putting animal welfare and environmental health at the forefront.

Product Offerings

Eckenfels Farm offers a wide selection of meats including beef, pork, and poultry. Their products range from steaks and roasts to bacon and bratwurst, each hand-selected for quality. The farm provides several deposit purchasing options for larger quantities like whole, half, or quarter beef packages, with the final price based on the weight of the meat.

Sample Products

• Beef: Arm Roasts, Sirloin Tip Roasts, Rib Eyes, Ground Beef
• Pork: Hickory Smoked Bacon, Bacon Ends, Brats

Buying Experience

Purchasing from Eckenfels Farm involves an initial deposit, particularly for larger products. Prices are weight-based, and the final charge is determined after weighing. Customers receive a receipt for the final amount, ensuring transparency in transactions.

Buying and Pickup Notes

Once a product is weighed, the final price is calculated by deducting the deposit from the total. Customers can rest assured knowing every transaction is clear and straightforward.
