Diamond D Ranch LLC raises grass-fed cattle on Alabama pastures, finishing them on non-GMO grain for marbling and flavor. All beef is dry-aged for 21–28 days to enhance tenderness and depth of flavor, then flash-frozen to preserve quality. No antibiotics, hormones, or fillers are used. The ranch also produces tallow skincare products from beef fat, offering a unique extension of their farm-to-table philosophy.

Offerings

The ranch sells individual cuts like roasts, short ribs, and tri-tip, as well as curated bundles for convenience. Options include meal-prep boxes with stew meat, fajita strips, and kabob cubes; high-protein ground beef packs; and premium steak boxes featuring filet mignon, ribeye, and T-bone cuts. Flash-freezing ensures freshness, and vacuum-sealed packaging extends shelf life up to 12–18 months. Pre-formed burger patties and ready-to-cook kabobs are available for minimal prep.

Visiting & Buying

Pickup is available at the Montgomery Curb Market on Saturdays from 9:00am–12:00pm. Orders can also be shipped nationwide. The ranch emphasizes transparency, with beef sourced from single-animal batches for traceability and purity. Dry-aging and flash-freezing methods align with low-and-slow cooking techniques, making the cuts ideal for braising, slow cooking, or grilling.
