Since 1996, Cosmic Apple Gardens has been a cornerstone in the Teton Valley community, located at 6,300 feet in Victor, Idaho. They operate a 50-acre farm where they initially committed to produce organic vegetables and expanded to integrate a full spectrum of farming practices.

Farming Practices

Cosmic Apple Gardens specializes in organic and biodynamic farming. Their commitment to sustainability is evident through the use of biodynamic and organic methods, including gravity-fed irrigation systems. This approach not only enriches the soil but also ensures the vegetables are nutrient-dense and flavorful.

Offerings

The farm operates a successful Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) model, where members receive freshly harvested seasonal vegetables, herbs, and flowers. Available shares include a Full Share for families (3-4 people) and a Half Share (1-2 people), ensuring that every member enjoys the richness of the harvest over a sixteen-week period. In addition to the shares, members gain access to a wealth of recipes and stories through weekly newsletters, plus a 10% discount at Cosmic Apple Gardens’ market stands.

Community Engagement

Their partnership with the Teton Valley Food Pantry ensures that fresh, nutritious produce is available to local families in need. Members and supporters can donate to the pantry by contributing shares, which underscores Cosmic Apple Gardens' commitment to nurturing their community.

Purchasing and Pickup

Prospective members can secure their 2026 CSA memberships now, with early season pricing available until March 2nd. Shares are picked up at designated locations in the local area, making fresh produce conveniently accessible to the Teton Valley community.
