Cook's Farm & Ranch prioritizes pasture-based raising for their pork and chicken, ensuring animals are finished without hormones, growth stimulants, or antibiotics. They grow a variety of seasonal vegetables and prepare ready-to-eat products like smoked tamales and pickled vegetables on-site. Custom orders for smoked meals are available for groups, offices, and local delivery.

Offerings

The farm sells a range of products, including:

• Pickled Vegetables: Dill pickles, habanero dill pickles, and red pickled onions, available in multiple varieties (spicy garlic, no sugar added).
• Sauces & Condiments: Whole grain mustard, yellow BBQ sauce (no sugar, uses local honey), habanero honey salsa, and reaper salsa.
• Tamales: Smoked pork and hatch chile tamales, jalapeño & cheese tamales, and pork jalapeño tamales, sold by the dozen with prepayment required.
• Specialty Items: Truffle sea salt and hatch chile steak rub, crafted on the farm.

Visiting & Buying

The Market Square Farmers Market in Paris, Texas, operates every Saturday from 8am to 1pm during May–October. Products are also available for pickup at the farm 7 days a week. Some items, like truffle sea salt and habanero honey salsa, require store pickup. Orders for certain products are not currently accepted online, but the farm offers store pickup for available items. Prepayment is required for tamales and some specialty products.
