CATHIS Farm follows regenerative agriculture principles, raising cattle on pasture with a haylage/grain mix during finishing and free-range pigs in pine forests. All animals have access to foraging, and supplemental feed is non-GMO and locally sourced. The farm is USDA-inspected and prioritizes pasture- and forest-raised systems for beef, pork, chicken, and turkey.

Orders can be picked up directly at the farm in Lillington, NC. Delivery is available for some products on a case-by-case basis. Pre-orders for half cows require a $500 deposit, while half pigs require a $200 deposit. Pricing varies by weight and processing options, with final costs typically ranging from $950–$1,150 for a half pig.
