Practices

Alexandre Family Farm uses regenerative agriculture, USDA Organic Certification, and Land to Market Regenerative practices. Milk is vat-pasteurized at low temperatures, non-homogenized, and retains a cream top. Cows are 100% grass-fed, with crossbreeds grazing on year-round coastal pastures. Eggs come from hens in mobile coops moved twice weekly for fresh pasture access.

Offerings

The farm produces A2/A2 organic milk (4% whole, 2% reduced fat), flavored milk, yogurt, kefir, and seasonal eggnog. Milk is ultra-pasteurized for shelf life, with 6% butterfat in whole milk (24–70% higher than standard). Pasture-raised eggs are nest-laid and hand-gathered. Seasonal products include A2/A2 organic eggnog made with pasture-raised eggs and whole milk.

Nutritional Focus

Milk and dairy products feature higher Omega-3s and CLAs from grass-fed cows. Kefir contains 24 probiotic strains and is 99% lactose-free. Yogurt uses natural milkfat levels and real vanilla beans. All products avoid emulsifiers, stabilizers, and homogenization.
