Brae Ranch Beef began in 2021 with a vision of producing top-quality meat sustainably and conveniently. Situated on one of the highest points in Dewey County, Oklahoma, the ranch has quickly become a trusted name for Angus beef and Spanish/Boer goats.

Livestock Practices

At Brae Ranch, cattle lead stress-free lives, born, raised, and finished entirely on the ranch's abundant grass pastures. They utilize a custom grain ration for a minimum of 120 days during the finishing phase, ensuring superb marbling and flavor. After reaching finish weight, the beef is dry-aged locally for 14 to 21 days to amplify tenderness and richness. All livestock are raised without antibiotics, hormones, preservatives, or mRNAs.

Offerings

Brae Ranch offers a diverse range of products, including the popular Brae Beef Bundle. Customers can select from various sizes, from 1/16 to whole beef shares, perfect for those with limited freezer space. Each bundle features a mix of primal steak cuts, roast cuts like loin, chuck, rib, rump, and round, alongside ground beef and stew meat. Additionally, their fully-cooked Brae beef summer sausage is a favored choice, vacuum-sealed for freshness.

Buying Experience

Ordering from Brae Ranch Beef is straightforward. Interested buyers can subscribe to whole, half, or quarter beef shares through their website. For half beef orders, a non-refundable deposit is required, with the remaining balance due after the hanging weight is calculated.
