Cattle graze nutrient-rich grasses while exercising on slopes, ensuring natural growth. Beef is processed at USDA-certified facilities, dry-aged for 21 days, and vacuum-sealed for freshness. The cooperative model prioritizes quality, with first-come, first-served ordering and pre-order slots.

Offerings

The 1/8 share includes approximately 45 lbs of grass-fed beef with cuts like ribeye steaks, sirloin, roasts (chuck, rump, tri-tip), short ribs, stew meat, and 35–45 packages of 80–85% lean ground beef. Larger 1/4 shares offer 90–100 lbs of beef with additional cuts such as brisket and tenderized cutlets. A 20lb Ancestral Blend box combines 80% dry-aged ground beef with 20% organ meat (heart, liver, kidney), highlighting nutrient density.

Visiting & Buying

Customers can reserve shares online with a $200 deposit (1/8 share) or $350 deposit (1/4 share). Final payments are $435 or $949, due upon pickup or delivery. Orders ship within 24 hours of readiness, arriving fully frozen in two boxes. Pickup is available at Bonavere Farms, with local delivery options. Freezer space requirements: 1.5–2 cubic feet for 1/8 shares, 3.5–4 cubic feet for 1/4 shares.
