Belle Ecorce Farms operates a diversified agricultural enterprise centered on Très Belle Chèvre, a goat dairy and fromagerie producing artisan goat cheese. The farm also maintains a registered BAREAZZ Sphynx cattery, Bar U5 Miniature Horses, and Cage N Bird handfeeding supplies. Educational workshops on goat husbandry, milking procedures, and cheese-making are conducted on-site, emphasizing hands-on learning with live animals and practical demonstrations.

The farm offers guided tours tailored for individuals, families, schools, and professional groups. Options include Farm Tour & Milk Parlor ($8.50/person), Cheese Plant Tour ($12.50/person), and Deluxe Tour with Formal Cheese Tasting ($25/person). Workshops such as 'Hands-On Goat Husbandry' and 'Milking & Milk Handling' provide in-depth training, with participants interacting with baby goats and learning cheese-making techniques. A farm store sells goat cheese, handfeeding supplies, and avian breeding products.

Visiting

Located approximately one hour southwest of Baton Rouge and two hours west of New Orleans, the farm is accessible to visitors from Lafayette, New Iberia, and Breaux Bridge.
