Be Wise Ranch is a community-supported agriculture (CSA) business that offers members boxes of locally grown organic fruits and vegetables. The CSA program delivers weekly or every-other-week boxes to San Diego County pick-up points. Trial memberships allow new members to test the program with eight weeks of every-other-week deliveries for $140. Produce is pre-packed at the farm and priced 37% lower than supermarket equivalents over three years. Non-CSA members can find Be Wise Ranch products at local stores like Jimbo’s and Frazier Farms.
Farm tours are currently unavailable, though the CSA model emphasizes community engagement through shared harvests. Pickup locations are emailed to members after application, with designated hours for collection.
Join the CSA via the website’s Join Our CSA page. Delivery occurs year-round, with adjustments only during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve, and Day. Cancellations are allowed per quarter, with instructions provided on the FAQ page.
