Basin Angus Ranch was founded in 1972 by Wayne and Marian Stevenson, who purchased land near Hobson, Montana. The Stevenson family traces its roots to central Montana, where Jamie Stevenson's parents homesteaded in the Judith Basin area in 1916. Over generations, the family expanded their Angus herd, with Wayne and Marian raising three children who continue the legacy today.
