Allen Farms raises grass-fed and finished cattle on pasture, using rotational grazing to meet nutritional needs at every stage. Cows are born on pasture, wean naturally, and are never given added hormones or antibiotics. The farm tracks genealogy records and partners with a local, family-owned USDA-approved processor. Meat is dry-aged for 10–14 days to enhance tenderness and flavor.

Offerings

The farm offers beef share options (1/4, 1/2, or whole) for bulk buyers, with deposits available for 2026 shares. They also sell branded clothing, including hoodies and t-shirts, featuring the Allen Farms logo. All products emphasize local production and regenerative farming practices.

Buying Process

Buyers pay a deposit to reserve a beef share, then select cuts 2 weeks before the purchase date. Final payment is due when the beef is processed by Curly’s Custom Meats. Processing fees are paid at pickup. Beef shares are available for pickup after dry-aging.
