Highlights include Alberta's largest asparagus patch and a variety of peas and beans, all cultivated without chemicals. The home-raised Angus Beef boasts no hormones or antibiotics, aged for 21 days for maximum tenderness.

Garden Produce

The farm specializes in handpicked asparagus, peas, and beans, meticulously chilled to retain sweetness. In addition to fresh produce, Edgar Farms offers frozen peas and pea soup, prepared for year-round enjoyment.

Angus Beef

Edgar Farms' Angus Beef is grass-fed and free from hormones and antibiotics. Each cut is vacuum sealed and flash-frozen, committed to delivering superior taste and quality meat that complements homecooked meals.

Preserves and Pies
