7th Generation Farm operates as a local producer of meat, eggs, and honey, with a focus on seasonal availability. They maintain a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) program that begins in May, offering members twice-monthly pickups of fresh meat through summer and into fall/winter. The farm emphasizes direct relationships with customers, positioning them as partners in the agricultural process rather than mere buyers.

The farm sells a range of products including:

• Fresh meat shares through CSA programs
• Eggs and raw, unpasteurized honey produced on-site
• Fall decorations such as straw bales ($6.50–$8), gourds ($1–$25), corn stalks ($8/bundle), and specialty items
• Straw available in garden or premium quality

Visiting & Events

The farm is open year-round for product pickups on Fridays and Saturdays. For larger groups, private event spaces are available, including the Barn Corner (capacity: 75 people) and open fields with picnic facilities. Event add-ons include pumpkin painting, hayrides, and barrel train rides. Service animals are the only pets permitted on the farm.

Buying & Accessibility

Products can be ordered online for pickup at the farm store located at 1536 Courtesy Road, Louisville, CO 80027. Delivery is available for bulk fall decoration orders. The CSA application process begins annually on May 1st, with share options available for download or email submission.
