Great local shop selling family farmed high quality meats. We started shopping here after realizing how many additives, dyes, and pharmaceuticals go into bigbox regular grocery store beef. Z Bar beef is far cleaner and better tasting, and my money goes straight to the family and employees who run the place, instead of some faceless globalist firm. Try the bavette, boneless shortribs, pecan bacon, and tri tip. There's always a new cut to discover.

The most delicious grass fed beef, which provides vitamin B that we don't get from conventional beef. In particular, I love their bavettes and roasts! We also get raw dog food here, resulting in very healthy and happy dogs (our Great Danes live until 11 to 12 years). Friendly people behind the counter, too. I should probably apply for a job here, as I usually spend too much!! ;-)

Always a great place to go for good meat. Very transparent owners that explain the pricing. The range of offerings is good. I usually call ahead with large orders and it's ready on time. Steaks are great, butter infused pork chops are to die for. Its a usual weekly visit for me to get stocked up.

I am a loyal, life long customer of this beautiful establishment! I brag about my butcher and the quality of meat I get here constantly! The beef is literally stunning, so delicious, so beautiful to cook with and is a show stopper at every dinner we host at our house. I simply cannot recommend them enough! The other thing I love is they’re amazing people in there. I have great conversations and interactions with all the employees. I will bring my kid in with me and she loves to watch shows on the TV while I check out. They always give her the remote and let her choose something to watch. It’s like Disney land in there for her.

Sweet family owned and operated butcher shop. The rancher and his family were very knowledgable on the meats they were selling and really showed us what makes their meats better than your average grocery store butcher. I loved finding this place and you will not regret it if you give them a try! We only got to try a couple of cuts of steak but the hamburger, chicken, pork, etc looked amazing! Love supporting local, family run businesses for sure and will be back for some more awesome meat! PS-The homemade lemonade from the girls was a great treat on memorial day too! Just loved it all!

I get all of my red meat from Z Bar. The quality is excellent with very reasonable prices. I just ordered my second 1/4 cow since the quality of the meath on the first on was so high.

Absolutely love this place! Great cuts of meat, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I won’t buy my meat from the grocery store anymore.

Zbarcattleco provides excellent meat products that are not GMO or filled with growth hormones! I drive from Houston every few months to get a freezer full of meat because of the quality. These targeted attacks against this business for their religious or political beliefs are malicious and defamatory, and open up the posters to civil liability. To allow “reviewers” to review a business they have never used, to only project hate and discontent against them because of their beliefs or political views is childish. While I might not agree with every political or personal belief of a businessI may use or not use, I will not subject them to baseless, false claims, and poor reviews because I disagree with them. That in itself is not fair and is a direct attack on the Constitution! If you don’t like them , fine don’t do business with them, but don’t defame a business based on their political or religious beliefs, that’s not fair nor appropriate.

The only meat my family eats and for a few years now or since they opened! Great all natural protein meat market. Very happy and usually stuffed yummy yummy! LoL

Love coming here, best meat around, you get it how you want it. Quality costs it’s price, you pay cash you safe $$$ Employees are super nice, never had an issue, coming here since the place opened
