My wife and I drive in just about every 2 weeks from Savannah to get our beef. We can for sure tell a difference from the grocery store. The quality of meat is just amazing. Our 5 year old is autistic and is a super picky eater. When we cook our Z Bar beef, she dang near swallows it whole, so you can take that to mean THE QUALITY IS TOP NOTCH! Also, the guys here are super friendly and knowledgeable and I love when I walk through the door I get “Hey! Welcome back!”
I have never had steaks that I could cook at home of this quality! 5 star steaks that were incredible. We got three tenderloin and 3 texas strips that had perfect marbling and the favor was incredible. Outside of the quality of meat, customer service was everything you could ask for from a local butcher shop! This shop has tons of options for cuts and we plan to try them all. They also have a rewards program. Thank you Z Bar and great work bringing this to our community!
Chicken and beef smelled horrible and had to throw away. Waste of money. We opened the package of chicken as soon as we got home, and it smelled horrible. We had to toss. The beef was frozen and cooked the other night. We couldn't even eat it, it had such a bad smell and taste to it.
GREAT meats! We loved it all! Our out of town friend swore she’d eaten a whole side of beef… just too good to stop…. Good luck to Z Bar!
Stumbled upon this place in our community Facebook page. Decided to give it a go. Thoroughly impressed with their selection. Prices are higher than the grocery stores, but the meat is incredible. We ended up getting a whole rib roast for ribeye steaks, have gotten 2 briskets from them, a salmon flat, beef ribs, and a pork butt. I will not go anywhere else for any meat. Secondly, they have this bourbon honey. Spoke with the owner when we went in the second time and he wanted me to let him know how it was. I’m here to say that stuff is incredible! Fantastic substitute for raw honey if using on baked goods. Secondly, I used it on some of my pork that I made and it turned out amazing! Will definitely be back for a few more bottles! Well done Z bar! Thank you for being such a great company!
Visited this location for their soft opening and wow!! Meats looked fantastic, loved the variety, prices were outstanding. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Highly, highly recommend!!
It looks awesome! If I ever need even basic groceries they have eggs, milk, cheese, vegetables etc.

My husband and I were so excited when Z Bar’s came to Argyle. We love going to a local butcher and getting quality meat! After me raving about it, my mom wanted us to pick up some beef tenderloin for Christmas. Everyone raved about how great it was! Definitely will continue going here.
We moved from the Castle Hills area of DFW to Robson Ranch and love this Butcher shop a lot. Thank you for always taking care of us with great meat etc. Friendly owners and staff too❤️❌⭕️
