Nothing like a good home grown steak on the grill! We have also gotten pork from them and still the best porkchop I've ever had! The meat is tasty and fresh! Yankee Beef is a great family run business! They raise quality animals and make great maple syrup! We enjoy showing with them at the beef shows and we enjoy the large selection of cuts of beef they offer.
Yankee Beef has provided delicious beef to us for several years now. The Angus beef is well marbled and grills to be tender, flavorful and juicy. They are a nice family, providing a great product!
We have worked with Erica on several occasions! She is top notch! She is so easy to work with! Even if you don’t have any experience in purchasing bulk meat, she will guide you through the process! And, the product is amazing! You will not be disappointed!
When looking for a local beef farm I was referred to Yankee Beef by my neighbor (Dairy Farm). We are now on our third order. Quality beef at a reasonable price, and an excellent customer experience with great communication keep us coming back. I have no idea what they do to thier cows, but they must have some special Cow Moogic (Magic, see what I did there?) . They are the tenderest , tastiest Cows I have ever eaten. First time I bought 1/4 cow, the second time I bought 1/2 a cow. completely stocked my freezer. The meat is so tender i can pull it apart with my fingers. The Hamburger is out of this world. wether you are doing smashburgers, or traditional 1/4 pounders. Even on the rare occasions when I have overcooked the Burgers they still taste awesome. I can't wait for the summer so I can grill some over charcoal. I highly recomend you "have a cow" with Yankee Beef!
