Came upon this vendor at the Marion Farmers Market. I bought the most beautiful eggs and, amazingly, a 5.3 pound chicken. Roasted the bird last night. Hands down, it was the most tender bird I have ever eaten. Mattapoisett is lucky to have this in their town. I’ll take Tuesdays at Washburn Park 2-6!
No public hours or access, but fresh farm raised pork. Fresh locally grown, organically fed pork. Schedule a small or large event, the pig roast will come to you.
