Choice Orchards has operated since 1984, evolving from manual harvesting to modern visitor experiences. They emphasize seasonal availability through pick-your-own (PYO) programs for sweet and tart cherries, and apples. Historical elements like the tree maze and cherry museum highlight their legacy.
The orchard offers PYO cherries (July 1–August 8) and apples (September–October), along with pre-picked fruits at the farm market. Additional products include jams, jellies, canned goods, dried fruits, and gifts. The 10-acre Evergreen maze and museum provide educational and recreational opportunities.
Open daily from 9am–5pm during summer (late June–mid-August) and fall (September–October). Visitors can enjoy picnics, explore historical areas, and use the cherry pitter for easy fruit preparation. Updates on apple season (early September–October) are shared in August.
Sweet cherries begin PYO July 1, with more varieties available by July 4. Tart cherries start July 15, lasting 3–4 weeks. Apples are available in early September for early varieties and October for more. Contact via phone (920-743-8980) or email (choicefarmmarket@gmail.com) for updates and purchases.
