I am so grateful to God for Wholly Cow Farms. One of my precious daughters has suffered from eczema since she was very little. With Wholly Cow Farms grass-fed grass-finished beef with beef organs, it has all but vanished! We are so thankful to live nearby and have access to such great quality beef without all of the junk. I can't say enough great things about this ranch. We got a 1/2 cow from them last year and just purchased a whole hog. Everything is delicious, well packaged by their butcher, and I love knowing that my family is eating pastured meat that was raised locally. Ordered the sampler pack. Arrived frozen and fast. We’ve had the ground beef and the rib-eye steaks. The meat is delicious and so much more flavorful than grocery store meat. We’ll be trying a chuck roast this weekend and will report back!
