I recently ordered a variety of meats as a way to get to know Whitaker Farms. Steaks and chicken in a variety of cuts and pieces. I was totally satisfied with everything! On the smoker or grilled, the meats were delicious and tender. And the communications from Bryan, both in regard to my order and the farm in general have been wonderful. No over the top marketing, just informative and relevant emails that have been useful and enjoyable. I highly recommend this local business to anyone looking for quality, farm raised meats.

We ordered the steak package to give them a try. 100+ heat index, only one steak was frozen. I called Bryan and he was willing to do whatever I wanted. We kept 2 steaks out to cook and refroze the others. I cooked the filet a little past medium rare and the steak was fantastic. I've tried grassfed before but that was in another category. Best filet I've ever had, can't wait to try the ribeye. Thanks Whitaker Farms.

Love getting locally raised beef that's SO TASTY! The drive is close - only 20 - 25 minutes but it would be worth the drive if it was twice as long. The people are so knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Absolutely love all of their dogs! Highly recommend to everyone who loves great meat from a local source!

So delighted to have found Whitaker Farms (and to find out they are a close-by neighbor!). Having recently moved to TN, one of my first to-do's was to find local farm-fresh beef and poultry. I have now ordered several times and I am very happy with the excellent quality. I highly recommend!

This was our first year ordering a fresh turkey from Whitaker Farms. I am writing this review to share what a wonderful experience it was. Our turkey was delivered on time and was still good and cold. I used a light brine, although next year I won’t because I don’t think it needs it. The turkey roasted up beautifully and I am so sorry I forgot to take a picture! I think we got in a rush to eat! The meat was juicy and very flavorful. This was one year I did not get tired of turkey leftovers. If you want a fresh delicious turkey without all the chemicals (think Butterball) then make sure you place your order early next year. And their fresh eggs are truly fresh and taste so much better than the ones that have been sitting for weeks in the grocery. Thank you Whitaker Farms!

Our first experience with Whitaker Farms will not be our last. We ordered a very large turkey (weighed in at 23.67lbs) for Thanksgiving and it was just wonderful! I've never said that about a turkey before because turkey to me has only been kind of bland. It was delivered to our house expertly processed and packaged after a super easy ordering process. The communication between Whitaker Farms and the consumer was very efficient. As for the bird itself, I'm not sure how to best explain this, but this turkey was unlike any we've ever had before. I likened it to eating fresh home grown heirloom tomatoes straight from your garden. We are excited to explore and try the other offerings from Whitaker Farms because this turkey was just that good. My husband and I ordered from this company about two weeks ago and have been blown away since each time we open and cook a package of their beef. This is the best meat we have come across in both of our lifetimes (no joke). We are so thankful to be able to trust this source and provide such quality meat for our little growing family! We had a wonderful thanksgiving meal thanks in part to Bryan and his hard work at Whitaker farms. We ordered a small turkey, and since the birds ended up growing too big to fill our order, he spent extra time splitting the birds so we got an order closer to what we requested.
