As long as Wheat Swamp Angus is selling beef, they’ll have a lifelong customer in me! Their ribeye 16oz. is one of the best steaks I’ve ever cooked an eaten. 4 minutes per side on my Weber Kettle produced a perfect medium/rare outcome. This steak is buttery soft and literally will melt in your mouth. You can tell it’s grass fed due to the light feeling of not being weighed down you get with big chain commercial beef. If you haven’t tried them please do, it’ll change your idea about beef. I can’t wait to try their other cuts. To the Jones family, Thank you for what you do!
