As long as Wheat Swamp Angus is selling beef, they’ll have a lifelong customer in me! Their ribeye 16oz. is one of the best steaks I’ve ever cooked an eaten. 4 minutes per side on my Weber Kettle produced a perfect medium/rare outcome. This steak is buttery soft and literally will melt in your mouth. You can tell it’s grass fed due to the light feeling of not being weighed down you get with big chain commercial beef. If you haven’t tried them please do, it’ll change your idea about beef. I can’t wait to try their other cuts. To the Jones family, Thank you for what you do!
I've purchased their steaks and ground beef from High Cotton Farm in Martin County. Boy are they good!! Very high quality beef.
Alway enjoy ordering and especially bringing home a big bag of fresh Wheat Swamp Angus Beef! You will never enjoy beef elsewhere after dining on a WSA Steak! I promise!!
