Western Meats

I have not seen meat this fresh in 10+ years. The marbling is perfect. The taste is so incredibly clean. We've been so disappointed with grocery store options and are definitely returning to Western. The shrimp even tasted better!

After a recent visit to this local meat store, I must say it's honestly remarkably average compared to other options in the area. While it didn't leave me awestruck, it also didn't disappoint too greatly. In general - The meat selection is decent, with all the basics you'd expect, but nothing particularly unique or outstanding (for example - If you are looking for beef heart, be advised this place doesn’t carry it). On the negative side - due to location depending on which direction you’re traveling it can be a bit awkward to get into the parking lot from the Blvd depending on traffic density. But it’s not too crazy. Also they do not take some major credit cards, like AmEX, so be advised for that. On the positive side - Prices are reasonable, which is a plus. The gentleman working was friendly and helpful, and the store was clean and well-organized overall. In summary, if you're in a pinch and need higher quality meat than what can be found at a grocery store, this place will do the job. However, if you're looking for something special or extraordinary, you might want to explore other options in the area. It's a solid, no-frills choice for your everyday meat needs, but personally I’ve found better options in the immediate area.

Staff were friendly and chatted with my two kids. They also initiated the transaction. Very short wait. Purchased a locker pack and they carried it out to my car (sorry I parked so far). I have a neck and back injury so this level of service is very much appreciated. Was my first visit and unfortunately couldn't take advantage of spending extra to get two coupons. For first time shoppers, they offer $10 coupons for every $100 you spend there in a single transaction. Thanks, guys! Will stop by again

Yep this place rocks!! Fast, friendly service always, good value and delicious!!! If I were to single out my favorite part about this store I would have to say their stuff is fresh and great flavor...and the steaks!

Love there food and meat and seasonings. They are really nice. Have been going for years. Wish they also had a spot in Lacey. Its not often get to go since not around me. BuT right off and on freeway access. So good spot on corner. Prices fair I think. Not sure last time wasnt able to ask if meat was not shot up with shots of WKW!!!! But if so I wont get that. Love their peroskis and bones for dogs prices hmmmm..... haven't compared lately. Do have good selection of freezer bulk items and cheeses and meat jerky.

Good quality and good prices, bonus is how nice they all were! They carry the locker boxes right to your car for you (without having to ask). If you like good cuts of meat and service with a smile this is the place!

Every kind of Meat to choose from. Store does not SMELL LIKE A ANIMMAL RENDERING PLANT. Very clean. The Cashiers are very attentive to your needs and cheerfully help you. No Wait!

For Christmas we got a meat locker pack from Western meats from my awesome Aunt and Uncle. It lasted over a month, so it became a staple to buy one whenever we run out of meat or run low. It's $145 of meat that lasts over a month. Butchered & local farms from here, Idaho, and Oregon. I find it saved us a lot of money to not have to buy meat at the grocery store. On top of saving money it's also WAY better quality than you would get at the grocery store. The staff is kind and attentive as well!

The steak pictured has a heart in it! This meat market has been locally owned since the 1950s and has the best meat in town. They have the best hamburger in town!!! It's a friendly environment I highly recommend them they have better quality and cheaper prices... THEY DO NOT PROCESS WILD GAME
