This place may be great in the buying and selling of the cattle, however, when it comes the customer service towards the truck drivers who do are there to load and unload, I would have to say they are extremely subpar. We were there to pick up a load of to be delivered to another location, all we were greeted with was attitude and ignorance. When we finally did approach the office to find out what the plan of action was they completely ignored the fact that we were standing there. I have never felt so disrespected and belittled in my entire life. I greeted them with a smile and a hand wave and to get nothing in return is very disheartening. The sad part about this entire situation is that this is not the first time that we have been treated with such little regard and professionalism. I would have to say that from this point on we will not be returning nor will we be encouraging any other entity to return to this buying station.
These guys have always given my a fair price for beef. Best place in southern Idaho to sell cattle for beef.
