We have been to Waterloo Ranch several times and have been witness to the growth of the herds and flocks. The owners Thomas and Jenn care deeply for their animals and what they consume, and what the impact is on the land. They are both committed to farming that does not use gmo ingredients in their feeds, seeds, or hays. They do not use herbicides or pesticides on their grasses, plants, or vegetables. Its methods like these that will insure that we will continue to be customers of theirs for beef, lamb, and eggs.

Stew meat was first on my list and, OMG! Tenderness beyond belief! Then the ground beef for some burgers. Watch out Omaha Steaks...this beef is even better!!! Flavors that melt your tastebuds, no kidding! I'm never going back to store bought meats!
Visited the ranch last summer and was so impressed how well the live stock were taken care of. Owners work non-stop ensuring the sheep were moved to new pastures every three to four days. You can tell they love what they do.
This ranch is an amazing place with hard working owners. They take a lot of pride in their farm and the animals. You can trust when you have one of their animals processed for your freezer, you are getting quality meat where the animals have been fed quality food themselves. Give them a try. You won’t be sorry!
OMG. I was out in the area and heard about a farm to table dinner these folks had going on. I met them in the old restaurant days in Seattle, so I had to reach out to get me some. I cannot believe what these two have achieved. And most of all, it blew me away. Kind of figured it would. Congrats Thom & Jenny with all your success. And thank you for a wonderful experience.
