Awesome Staff and Fantastic Quality! ​Walnut Valley Packing delivers on every level. The staff was truly awesome and friendly, making the whole experience a pleasure. Most importantly, the quality of the meat is great.

Everything I have purchased at Walnut Valley Meat Market has been great! I especially like their ground beef. All the employees are super nice and knowledgeable about their products! Glad they are in ElDorado!!

Literally, the best meats come from Walnut Valley. We originally bought half a beef and half a hog in the fall of 2020. The meat was delicious. We bought another half hog, 1/4 beef, and now another half a hog. I'm almost ready for a stock up of beef soon. Grocery store meat just doesn't compare. My mom and I share the meat, and this really helps each of us. I highly recommend Walnut Valley, any of their locations, ElDorado.

Walnut valley does not butcher the meat they sell in their stores. Its same meat walmart sells repackaged and marked up twice as high. Avoid the place at all cost Matt. I got the impression from your sales staff. I asked if all meat was local and was assured it was before I began regularly purchasing from your store in winfield. I highly doubt 90 percent as a number

The quality of meat is excellent and reasonably priced. My only complaint is I wish there would be a limit on how much you could purchase. Sale just started and its gone. This leaves the rest of us without quality meat.

I took home half a hog. Excellent quality pork. And Im picky about my pork. They loaded it for me too. Perfectly polite. They gave good recomnendations for local lore and vore. I liked this place and will be back for sure. They arent perfect, and I wish they sold aged steaks, but I wasnt expecting perfection. I cut meat for a living ages ago. So you cant fool me. These folks sell good quality beef and pork. You should give them a chance or two to make you happy. They will try.

These guys are the best around. Highest quality meat at a great price. They truly care about the craft. I love it. Not only that, but they have so many different foods and cuts of meat in the store. Cannot recommend them enough!

I should have asked pricing first. Took 2 hogs in and was $75 more than usual pacing house per hog. Ouch. Kind of burned me there. Hanging weight to meat is usually 60 to 65% pig hanging weight. I got back about 53%. Not real impressed. Packaging is as good as where we usually go. Hope cured meats are a good. Had to go here as couldn't book where we usually go. They were full. Won't be back. Buyer beware.

Stopped here on my way to Phoenix. Bought some jerky, beef sticks, pork chops and breakfast sausage. My husband used to raise his own beef, so knows quality and is very picky. The breakfast sausage was excellent! Haven't tried the chops yet. Might just make another road trip to restock the freezer! Friendly staff. I will be back.

The workers were very kind and certous. A lady meant me at the door, and heald the door the door opened for me as I walked in. I have to use a cane to walk with. She picked up a small hand basket to help me with my purchases. She was very nice. And she took them out to my car for me as well. It is a good place to buy meat and the people are very nice.

Great place for pork or beef. They also carry seasonings, rubs, made from scratch pies, and even special treats for the dogs in our lives..come check it out. Get on the mailing list to receive special offers and be notified of awesome sales. Update, tried the peach pie this weekend, tastes like homemade.

Not just great meat -- great people. I was in El Dorado recently (I live in Texas), and stopped in at Walnut Valley. (I'd been there a couple of years before, and bought some excellent steaks and other stuff.) Service and products were excellent, as other reviewers have pointed out. But what I especially like is the extra attention you get. Sarah, who was working behind the counter, gave us some excellent information about some of the selection. And she even asked Bruce, the owner, to give us a tour of the whole facility. It was really kind of him, and he is justifiably proud of his operation. I wish I lived closer to El Dorado. I'd be a regular customer of Walnut Valley Packing. And next time I'm up that way, I'm taking along a big cooler!

I dropped in before heading back to Ky. and was looking for some good ole curred ham and was so pleased to find just what I wanted. The staff were superb, the best. If I lived close I'd soon be returning here. Thanks folks!!!

If you want protein, Walnut Valley Packing has it. Bundles are less expensive than Wichita butchers. Custom cuts on pork and beef. Their rubs are tasty too. Go check these guys out!
