Very nice people. DELICIOUS beef, chicken, eggs and bacon! Seriously, the best! Doug gave a wonderful and informative tour of the farm and answered all of our questions. The animals looked very healthy and happy and well cared for. I can't wait to visit this farm again sometime. We will definitely be buying more tasty, organic food from GCC Organics!! Highly recommended.
i had not tasted organic meats until i found GCC on a fishing trip in michigan. I was very impressed at not only their operations but the friendliness and courtesy of the owner and staff. Delbert was very informative on his operations and i was happy to buy samples of his pork(bacon) and beef for bbq later that night. It was so good that night and the next morning that i made a special trip to the farmers market he sells at to buy more before heading back to Colorado. This time i also bought a couple of chickens... very tasty all around! They sell the beef and pork not only in Michigan but also out of state, so don't miss out on the opportunity to buy some of the GCC products and enjoy the taste of great organic meats.
GCC Organics has excellent products. Once you've tried their meat, you will never want to go back to another brand. Excellent customer service and facilities. You can really tell they are passionate about providing consumers with great products. Will buy from again in a heartbeat.
About two months ago I started searching for local grass-fed beef as well as pastured pork and chicken. I feel lucky to have found GCC Organics and stocked my freezer with pork fat to render into lard, whole chickens, chicken feet for chicken broth, marrow bones for beef broth and a few cuts of pork and beef. I feel really good about feeding my family this way. This food only traveled an hour to reach me and I conveniently picked it up at Meridian Farmer’s Market where I shop for vegetables. A big thank you to our local farmers. We are thankful for you!!
My wife and I have bought our turkeys from them the last 2 years for Thanksgiving. We will never eat anything else for Thanksgiving again. It is so tasty and wonderful. The service is outstanding. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
GCC Organics has the best chicken I have had - EVER! The organic eggs are wonderful, too. Nothing in the stores even comes close to the flavor and golden color of the eggs.
