You really can't beat locally raised beef. I would typically buy a lot of beef from grocery stores so I went with the larger package -- it has lasted months and the variety is great. My favorite cut is the tenderloin. The beef wieners were the most surprising part of the package and they have a uniquely great taste. If you are looking for high quality beef, raised right and locally, I highly recommend Viola Farm.
Excellent beef at a good price. We’re thrilled to have found a local farmer who can deliver pasture grazed and finished beef. Will order again when last is used.
