What a wonderful place to get beef. Owners are a lovely couple. They have always treated me and my family like old friends. When I was new in bolivar, they were always so warm to me. They remember my name. I’ve since moved and typically just order and visit the farm, which has always been tidy, clean and the animals look happy and healthy. I usually split a large order with family and we have wildly different tastes. Ed packed us up separate boxes with our names on it, each item selected to meet our preferences. It’s that personalized attention to detail, the quality of the meat (sooo good) and the outstanding customer service that keeps me coming back again and again. Store meat just doesn’t compare.
