If you are looking for amazing tasting beef, I highly recommend Valley Ridge Farms. You CAN truly taste the difference between this and what you get at your local grocery store. It's pure and tender. The ground beef isn't full of fat which I very much appreciate. All of our steaks and roasts were cut exactly as requested. We had filets the other night and they were better than any high-end steakhouse. Louise was very responsive to all of my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The quality and service you get from Valley Ridge Farms is well worth the drive (we live about 2.5 hours away). Thanks Valley Ridge Farms, we will be back soon!
Phil and Louise are unicorns! This is a rare farm in the world of food production. The level of animal management it takes to create a truly grass fed and grass finished beef is beyond the average comprehension. You will not find a higher quality beef!
