TN Craft Butcher

I've found my butcher shop. Smaller selection of quality meats. I bought a Pork Porterhouse (photos and videos attached); Wagyu Chuck Roasts (those will become smoked chuck burnt ends over creamy goats cheese grits with an apple bourbon bbq sauce) and a tri-tip (which will be smoked and served with agave chipotle black beans, avacado crema and crispy shallots as tacos). Great service from people who's names i failed to ask - bearded guy, burly, but a teddy bear, and a super friendly young lady - in a clean place that smelled amazing. Here's the Breakdown: Quality products in a clean, great smelling place that has beef, pork and a bunch of frozen exotics. That reminds me, I shoukd have grabbed a rabbit... +5 stars. 100% will go back because No One Beats Their Meat!!

The customer service and setup was great, and seeing the prices on the menu gave me assumption that the food is high quality. I ordered the "loaded mac". The presentation was great and alot of food. However, there was so much grease, it was floating alongside of the mac. I received little meat and more fat from the brisket. The Mac noodles were MUSH and the cheese sauce was thick...way overcooked. I only had 5 small bites and considered the meal as a loss. I can't say I wouldn't give the business another try. They did have other menu items that seemed appealing. I think maybe I just got the "loaded mac" on a bad day.

Best butcher shop in town! I have been with them for a little while now . Their customer service and cleanliness is amazing. Their meat products always fresh and very high quality. I love their ribeye, beef ribs , ground beef , tomahawks, pork belly and Duroc bone pork chops are the best . I highly recommend this butcher shop is a definitely a must not just a shop but bar setting with great ambiance. Please give them a try you will not regret it . They have very reasonable prices as well

Fabulous Ribeyes! Great customer service! We bought 5 bone-in Ribeyes and reversed seared all of them. The steaks were thick and very tender! Not chewy like some of the local grocery store options. Pleasantly surprised!! Our go to for steaks.

I ordered from the food truck at a festival - Got the "Pastrami on Rye." I honestly don't know if it was rye bread, but it was a really good sandwich, and everything I hoped for. My friends at the festival saw me eating it, and every one said that it looked like a really good sandwich (it was!). If I'm at another event with this food truck, I'll likely order the same thing. The guys working the truck were nice and friendly as well. My only complaint, and it's minor: I wish they had packets of Gulden's in addition to regular yellow mustard for this particular sandwich, but it was fine without any.

I couldn’t believe my taste buds! I tried different meats and appetizers at a private event and EVERYTHING was phenomenal! The guys who represented TN Craft Butcher were so nice and presented the food so well it looked mouth watering. It’s a must that I go to the physical location and experience this great quality again!

I was at the liquor store when one of the butcher shop employees told me about their singer songwriter night. I walked next door with my seven year old daughter and the atmosphere was awesome! Tucker Wilson was singing and he was amazing! The whole staff from owners to employees treated us like family the entire time we were there. They let my daughter sing and showed her around the shop. They have a good beer selection and the meats are top notch. I will definitely be a regular moving forward!

Great Butcher shop with lots of selection. Also picked up some great Curd cheese which I never have been able to find in Tennessee and a couple of Cobblers. I will definitely be back.

Live music, cold beer, and the best meat in the boro I have found my spot. Several visits in and haven't been disappointed yet. Would recommend and will be returning.

I called late on a Friday afternoon looking for 30 country style pork ribs. A very nice lady told me they could have them ready by noon Saturday. When I got there, not only were they ready but another lady knew exactly where they were. And the price was very reasonable. This place is so customer friendly and helpful, I'll most definitely be back. Oh, and we cooked them Sunday, and they were delicious.
