We stopped in because we were staying a few days and wanted to grill a couple of steaks for dinner. The young man helped us pick out a couple of steaks was genuinely so happy to help us , very informative, such a nice person. The steaks were incredibly delicious, you cannot beat quality 10/10
What a gem! Fresh locally sourced meats. Great marbling in their beef. The worker was extremely helpful. We'll go back every time we're in the area. Just wish my area (Dunkirk Fredonia NY) had something comparable as Tuscany here is woefully inadequate.
For the past 2 years we have been going to Timberline to purchase meat for our first night stay in our Air Bnb. We won’t go anywhere else! The meats are amazing and worth every penny. We will continue to keep coming back!
I came here with the family for prime locally sourced meats. This was the right place. We were greeted at the door by two adorable cocker spaniels. The staff inside were friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable. The selection of meats was second to none. They were shrink wrapped and well marked with pricing and weight and the type. The store was clean, well lite, and easy to navigate. The prices were surprisingly low. I could not have been more impressed by my visit. Highly recommended.
Ordered 1/4 cow back in the Fall and everything has been delicious! The quality is 10/10, extremely reasonable prices and amazing service! We went back last weekend to restock on steak cuts. We will continue to stop in whenever we are in the area visiting family.
These folks are good people with great tasting sausage, beef sticks, and varieties of meat. Staff is friendly. Beef and pork are raised locally and butchered at this location.
Definitely a must to stop in here for some fresh meat. Great service and great products!

Large selection of fresh choice cuts of meat! The selection is impressive ! The cuts all had good marbling so the beef is sourced from a good farm. Pork and chicken offerings as well. Highly recommend!
